Another Year Older and One Month Done

My first thought was to skip over this little life event, but I decided to show pictures instead.

Owen bought be a gift card to the spa. What a thoughtful child.

I really wanted a picture of Owen and I on my birthday, but trying to get an almost 8 month old to sit still is quite the task.

I was trying to get him to show off his top four teeth. I promise. No wrestling moves.

A few days later I went out with my Madison Mamas and my friend Melissa ordered this treat for me. Dessert fondue? Yes, please!

After my birthday festivities ended, Owen turned 8 months old. How does this keep happening? Here are a few pictures from our monthly photo shoot.

At 8 months old, eating is his favorite activity. He loves his high chair and is getting pretty good at feeding himself.

After dinner, we usually strip him down for a few minutes before bath time. This is proving to be more difficult as he increases his mobility.

And with that I bid farewell to January 2012!
